Session Fee
Your total initial investment, to be paid in full by the end of your session, is $140.
An initial $40 fee covers the talent of the photographer and the time for your session. This fee must be paypaled or mailed within 1 week of booking your session to hold your appointment. If this part of the fee is not paid or postmarked by 1 week after booking, I reserve the right to cancel your session. This fee is non-refundable unless you cancel 2 weeks prior to your session.
A $100 print deposit is required at your portrait session. Print prices include basic correction of the photographs, processing, and UPS ground shipping and handling. Once your session is complete, your $100 print deposit is non-refundable. Your print deposit does not include the purchase of digital files. See Images on CD in Image Collections below.
Sessions last 1-2 hours. I schedule you for 2 hours and do not book the next session until 1 hour after your two hour reservation is up. This allows for buffer time as needed.
If you would like to meet me before deciding to schedule your session, I'm available for consultations. A $10 non refundable deposit is required for a consultation. If you book a session, the deposit goes towards your session fee. If you'd like to meet after you've paid, we can do that and its free!
Proofs

A CD-ROM is available for proofing for an additional $10 which you may deduct from your print deposit.
If a proof book is needed for portrait selection, a book of watermarked images can be made. Prices will vary based on the number of proofs from your session. Please let me know at your session if a proof book is desired. Only the very best image from each pose will be included in the proof book. All images will be in color or black and white but not both.
Packages
Print Packages
Packages are for convenience. You only get the option of one image per package. If you want many images in various sizes, your best option is to make your own package with the ala carte pricing menu. I usually just use package pricing for events. If you'd like to see them anyway, I can e-mail them to you.

Announcements and Greeting Cards
Announcements and Greeting Cards measure 4x6 up to 5x8. They start at $1.75 each with a minimum order of 25 cards and come with envelopes. Allow me to make a custom design for you or help me create your vision. Either way, a proof will be e-mailed to you for approval prior to printing.
Image Collections
The Ayla Package or Your Baby's First Year
This price includes all sessions: newborn, 3 months, 6-9 months, 1 year, and album creation consultation. You also receive one 5x7 from each session, an 11x14 collage of an image from each session created by the photographer, and a 10 page traditional album or coffee table album at the end of the year. You choose the portraits, album color, and layout at the album creation consultation. Layout examples will be available at album creation to expedite selection and placement. Additional albums for grandparents may be purchased for a discounted price.
Designer Proof Books
Proof books beautifully display the proofs from your session. It is included with a $500 print order. It is not included in the "Ayla Package"

Images on CD
You can purchase a CD of edited images up to 8x10 resolution with a limited copyright release for $15.00 per file. There is a minimum of 4 files. This does not include collages or designs such as announcements. For quality control and for the sake of my studio's reputation, all large prints 11x14 and above must be printed through me and my lab. Digital images are not included in the print deposit. Thanks for your understanding. Many photographers have stopped selling digital files because of the lack of control over how their studio or style is displayed. This structure is my compromise to allow you to print small bulk pictures affordably.
A CD for proofing is available for $10. You keep the CD but all images are low resolution and watermarked. Copyright release is not included.
Internet Package
You can purchase a CD of all your printed images resized and ready to post on Facebook, Flickr, MySpace, etc. One desktop wallpaper image can be chosen from your printed images. The price is $20 for images made from your print deposit. Each additional image is $5/image. These images are resized to a maximum of 500 pixels per longest side and are 72dpi to match screen resolution. They come with a studio watermark in a corner. They are not printable. If you try, you will be very disappointed. There is no copyright release included other than release to post them on the internet or your personal computer.
Photo Albums
10x10 Press Printed Album with 20 printed sides (10 pages) and custom layouts $450
11x14 Traditional Portrait Album with 20 sides (10 pages but number of photos vary) $450
Price will include an album creation consultation. Album samples are available during your session.
Referral Program
Refer a friend and you will receive a free 5x7 portrait of your choice after their paid session. You receive 20% off your next session and one time print order after 3 paid referral bookings! Be sure to have your friend use your name when scheduling to ensure your referral.
Payment
I accept cash or credit card through Paypal. I you must pay by check, your session will be locked in when the check is cleared and prints will not be ordered until the check is cleared.
There will be an AZ and City of Avondale sales tax of 8.8% added to every order unfortunately.
